well, it happens to me on a 1v1 with a friend, that loyal to the end global seems to place an endless effect on squads. it happend constantly, and me and my friend spammed it on the 1v1 and it kept on happening. i suppose they became loyal to the very end. (edit) okay, it does not happen every time....
