Not sure if this is just a 2.5.1 issue, or 2.5, but the AI never builds units from T2 or T3 in skirmish mode as the only human player. At least not from my experience against chaos marines, tyranids, or space marines.

The AI definitely doesn't tech up past the first tier for me, regardless of whatever difficulty I set it on, whenever I'm playing a skirmish as the only human player. What's weird though, is that it definitely tech'ed up to tier 3 when playing with one human friend. As an aside, would it be possible...
