It depends if the ability is cancelable or not. If not, then you can't retreat, otherwise you can. Same goes with capping. Sometimes the bug happens ie the unit keeps capturing while moving away from the point. Sometimes it does not thus you can retreat. im not sure if thats correct for example, de...

As I wrote, the idea is to make them have as much counterplay as a scout nade from stealth. 0.5 sec timer + dot on the minimap

updating the ratings from match to match sounds pretty fair to me, it does some "damage control" when people lose to someone who should be way above their rating as you pointed out

also, this represents a ladder, where the updates would be from match to match aswell
