And do the commanders need to be from different races or is it ok for two to be from the same like i wrote ?

force commander, inquisitor, apothecary , if you can't pick two from the same race then plague marine instead of apothecary.
I want to participate although I have only played vanilla so far since it died out. Everything ok or testing or whatever is required?

Could you please help the mod doesn't want to start. Only thing that came to my mind is that my Steam client is on different partition than the game.
