Catachan Skin for IG

So I found a couple of those by a modder called muertz_15.

Sadly the mod itself I could not find, and I dont know how complicated it would be to recreate it.
He atleast claimed to have done it without any 3D programms.

Any chance we could get this in ELITE? Or would "Catachan Guardsmen" and actual Catachan Devils to be too hard to distinguish?
