Hello.
I feel like the mod has come long enough in it's development now that we should start talking about fixes for some of the minor details or graphical errors that I've seen still in the mod. Fortunately some of these minor "errors" have already been fixed through the cause of development (I am of course referring to the bug with the Kasrkin/Guardsmen shoulder pads glitching out back in 2.0.8 - 2.0.9 and the recent fix of all the Imperial Guard vehicle unlocks) but some still remain and I only see it to be right to point them out so you - the developers may correct them.
Now I already know for a fact you have no animators or modelers but I still think you should be able to fix most of the things I going to list with relative ease.
First I want to point out the little 'glitch' with the Artillery Spotter squad's firing animation, right now they have the Hellgun weapon same as the Kasrkin, but they're lacking the correct firing animation that the Kasrkin and Storm Troopers currently use.
They're currently using the standard firing animation of the Guardsmen with regular lasguns while they should obviously have the same animation as the Storm Troopers or Kasrkin, I know this change would raise their attacks per second and thus their dps, but I'm sure you can fiddle with that how you please. I just want the right animation for the weapon they're using.
Second, I want to ask if you could change the default Storm trooper routine of the Lord General to the Kasrkin models for the sake of having more appeal to him also since we actually have the Kasrkin in the game now where before we only really had the Storm troopers to go as his routine before, I think the Kasrkin would much better suite him instead of the Storm troopers. (Let it be pointed out this change should of course only be for the default IG colour schemes and not the DKoK DLC, I think those guys should have the DKoK Grenadier models instead of Kasrkins).
Third, I know the Space Marine Plasma Devastator Squad doesn't aim their primary weapon when firing anymore so if you're facing one you can't really tell where he is aiming until he has actually fired his shot. I really think this should be fixed. Since you haven't really made any changes to this squad, if you could somehow revert them back to their retail state maybe the Devastator marine would start turning his torso again when he fires instead of just pointing it straight ahead like he does now.
I can't really come up with more I think should be fixed or looked at at the moment, so I'll end my post here, if anyone found anything similar they think should be fixed or changed leave a post, and if the developers could leave a comment with their thoughts on this that would be great too!

On a related subject, is it possible to fix the GK's rhino when it's loaded? You can see units partially when the rhino's moving around.

FiSH that only happens in replays and that happens with all transports in replays, it does not however happen when you're actually playing a match. So I don't think that's something they should really be bothered to try and fix, since it's only in replays.

Mostly very minor issues that are down to preference.
1) I don't see why the Spotters "have" to have the same animation as Stormtroopers just because they use Hellguns. They are still essentially rifles and I think the "stock against shoulder, gun up to the eye animation" of the Spotters/Guardsmen is way better than the Stormtrooper's which just looks like they are spraying shots aimlessly.
2) Again, very minor and personal preference. Not everyone will prefer Kasrkin models. There's also the fluffy issue of front-line combat Kasrkin suddenly following around an LG who is meant to be leading a whole other regiment, that will annoy purists (like me!).
3) This could be considered a balance issue if other similar artillery squads can be seen to aim, but I haven't noticed if they all do.

Re: General Cosmetical Fixes/changes (Minor priorities)
The power cable attached to the hellgun glitches awkwardly into their legs when they fire with the wrong animation, that is mostly why I'd like to see it changed. They don't even have to use the hellguns they could as well use the regular lasgun models for all I care, I just want the right animation for the weapon they're carrying.
Also since most Guardsmen are fighting huge monsters or larger enemies I don't see why they should really take their time to aim properly when they have an fully automatic laser rifle like a Hellgun or hotshot.
As for the routine, the Lord General is leading from the front so it would still be logical for the Kasrkin to be his routine. Much more so than the Storm troopers.
I'm fairly certain all the other artillery squads and setup teams can be seen aiming, the Plasma Devastator are the only one I've noticed it with, and I do have a keen eye for details like that.

Well I do agree with Shas on that part that pdev should act like other arty set ups.
Not going to comment about the retinue as I really don't know enough about how it goes for example in TT or how it goes fluff wise.
I suppose the spotter weapons should match the firing animation if it causes some graphical glitches.

The closest thing to the Lord General's retinue in the Miniature box sets I say would be this set http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440173a&prodId=prod1850000&rootCatGameStyle= As you can see it contains neither storm troopers nor Kasrkins, but since the Kasrkins have that traditional guardsmen armor platings where the Storm troopers have a more unique look I think it would look more proper with the Kasrkin models, heck if we should make this game as perfect to the Tabletop miniatures as possible there's a lot other things I think is far more off than having Kasrkins for the Lord General's retinue.
In Dawn of War Dark Crusade you could even upgrade your Commander with Kasrkin sergeants in the campaign.
As for that glitching energy cable I already posted a thread about that on the old forums but there was never done anything about it. Here is a screenshot of it: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=122458693 The cable didn't glitch into their leg, it goes through their pelvic. As I see it, either give them the Hellgun/Hotshot firing animation or change their weapons to the standard lasguns (so they'd basically look like the LG's Vox Caster) and keep their current animation.
