"Alpha Legion (ELITE)" in Army Painter.

I was seeing a new Tzeentch Bolter in the Army Painter when a saw a strange colour Schema that wasn't mine with the "Alpha Legion (ELITE)" name

A bug? A colour schema from our Mods owners? Or a future different-models-for-different-colour-schema feature?

There are some stuff planned, purely cosmetical for factions. It's a matter of getting it all to work tho.

I suppose make this it's not yours main priority (coff coff 4º slaneesh commander for chaos coff coff daemonnettes coff coff )

I suggest to make this future cosmetic feature with the same model as the DLCs, keeping the old colour schema for those who don't want to change the models.

Example:

Alpha Legion: (With the default chaos models)
Alpha Legion (ELITE): (With the new and specific Alpha Legion models)

But I guess this will be your plan.

We (mainly I) need Iron Warriors!!! Construction hazard signs are too awesome to ignore.

Mainly I'll be in charge for the DLC + sub-faction portraits and Aplha Legion is on the top of the list, right after Krieg, Ultramarine and Word Bearers ^^
The DLCs dont have custom portraits for the infantry, which do have a different texture and model ^^ (best example is the Word Bearer heretics ^^)

Right now I still need to wrap up the default unit roster's unit icons though, since some had miniature photoes (like Painboy) or had a not too nice (like Raptor) or just identical (like Assault + Commander Terminator).
You can follow the progress of that in my thread here though ^^
Got some commissions going in the meantime, which slows it down a bit xD

On that note, I think it would be quite awesome to make the custom armors for chaos marine sub factions :3 Thousand Sons, Alpha Legion or Nightlords have quite unique looking armors ^^ Some have more generic, like World Eaters tho xD
But that would be quite a work to do I assume ^^

I was quite MIA in the last few month, so not much stuff was done on my part yet ^^;
Trying to fiix up 2-3 new portraits today tho :3 one already done ^^
I really want to do the DLC unit portraits, since the new models (like the heretics or Ogryns) look awesome :3

Not to mention stuff like Dark Angles
So yea, it will be in the works =)
