2.2 Beta 10 Download Failure

Hey all, I recently got a new computer so I can actually start playing DOW II again after about a 3 month hiatus, but upon downloading 2.2 Beta 10 from the Google Drive link, upon completion it says that the download failed. I was wondering if anyone knows why this might be happening, or how to solve it. And a solution wouldn't just be going to the mega link. Cheers.

I should also have mentioned that Beta 11 downloaded just fine.

Can you be more specific? For example, does it say;

- Download Failed, Network Issues (something along those lines)

Either way, my best bet is that you either try downloading it from another webbrowser, or use DAP (Download Accelerator Program) which I did to resolve my problems.

Hey Caeltos, thanks for replying

It just says "failed" when the download is complete, and when I open up my download folder the file isn't an executable or anything, it looks more like a text file. I did delete the file so I can't remember exactly what the file was, but regardless it wasn't an executable or anything like that. I did start downloading it from a different browser, but it was estimating a 5 hour download, so I stopped it.

Sometimes I have an issue where I have to 'save the link as' to save the file properly, otherwise I just get a broken binary file. I never had that problem with Google Drive though, but it's worth a try.

If you have an anti-virus running try disabling it for the download.

Turning off my anti-virus seemed to do the job Never even thought to do it as that sort of thing has never been an issue for me in the past. Thanks again for all the help.
