I'm a beginner in practically every race and I haven't played in a fair bit of time so I would love to join a tournament (seeing as I've never been in one). I am not the best in 1v1s as I'm more of a team player so it'll be interesting for me to see how I will learn to react to various scenarios alone without the back up of a team mate.

Ok folks. Registration is closed as of right now. More info will be posted when I get home from work.

OK here we go. Tournament will start at 10am PST on the 22nd of Feb (i.e. this Saturday), so figure that out if you wanna be on time. Registered players are expected to show up at least 15 minutes before game time at the MRT chatroom http://steamcommunity.com/groups/dow2emrt. If yer running late, you'll have 10 minutes past the hour to arrive and play. Sorry folks, we don't want this tourney to last all day by waiting on you. Thems the breaks. If a registered player does not show up, a player on standby will jump in in the order they signed up.

All players will need to save the replays for all their fights. Just in case there's hiccups, at least one other player or ref will have a copy. For now, upload them to gamereplays.org and link the page in the forums under the proper thread.

There will be short breaks in between bracket rounds, but try to keep them no later than 10 minutes. Again, don't want to spend all day waiting around. Let's get through this as quickly and painlessly as possible (well, as painlessly as it gets in the 40k universe. =P)
