Seer Council global, appearing next to the Farseer?

Would that be possible? And what do you think about it?

If its easy to implement I think it would be a cool addition without much problems. At the moment its so... unimpressive how the SC appears. From a visual and... feeling standpoint^^

I mean, its the Farseers global and the Seercouncil are her bodyguards.

I assume that they appear after a cooldown period right? Instead of just coming in and instantly and surprising the hell out of set-up teams? Cause if they do appear instantly, at least have the farseer immobile whilst they are being summoned or something

Yeah, would probably be better^^
If I think about it I can imagine some situations where it might be powerfull ("calling in" during gravityblade), on the other hand bringing the Farseer into Melee in T3 is kinda pretty risky

So I guess it wouldn't be op (keep in mind you need T3) if they come to the farseer with only a delay but without the farsser being immobile.
