i think GM repair rate is 10 hp/sec now, not 100% sure since the repair ability is a real PITA to read
What i gather from the .rbfs is that GM repair is 10 hp/sec to all vehicles except sentinels, sentinels are healed by an extra 10hp/sec so 20hp/sec

I don't see anything indicating that the repair bonus is exclusive to the sentinel. I think it's exactly like Arbit said which is also something I heard back when I started playing (unfortunately I misinterpreted and thought the first gm squad, as in starting one, had an inherent repair rate bonus).
Heroes have the standard rate, 10hp/s. GM repair didn't get nerfed in elite but the bunker did, down to 15 10 hp/s from 20.

The GM repair rate was lowered, no way it's the same in retail, even if you just go by eye.

For the tested vehicles (Sentinel, Leman Russ, Chimera), the first repairing GM squad gets a +10 HP/sec bonus, so 20 HP/sec. Each additional repairing GM squad adds 10 HP/sec. I presume this is applicable to the Baneblade and Manticore, and non IG vehicles as well (my personal recollection seems to correlate this, but in the interest of full disclosure I did not test non-IG units)
The Leman Russ has ~35% damage resistance. A direct, non-rear armor manticore rocket should do 180 damage, but the LR only suffered 116, which is 64.4%.
RAMBLINGS
The damage reduction and bonus repair rate make GM and LR synergy very potent. Consider that 300 damage on a predator, repaired by a scout, will take 30 seconds at 10 HP/sec. That 300 damage will be reduced to 200 on a LR thanks to the damage resistance, and a single GM will repair that 200 damage in 10 seconds versus the scouts 30. Two GM will finish the job in about 7 seconds. In case you were wondering why Lemans with repair bunker and GM support seem ungodly tough, well, that's why.

IG T1 is quite potent IMHO. I'll only change Catachans, keeping only Demoman and T2 Sargent as inmortal leaders and eliminate the rest, and maybe reducing the model count of the Catachan squad.

actually arbit is right.
the ig_repair_pvp grants an upgrade called ig_sentinel_repair that adds an extra 10hp/sec and doesnt stack
so first GM is 20 hp/sec and all GM squads aiding will add only 10hp/sec

I've heard other ppl say the same, possible bug? Because the numbers are the same when looking in the rbfs.

I would say that the latest balance change pretty much fixes IG t1 (the reduced upkeep on Sarge and Commie). You can now invest into a lot of t1 and still have something to spend in t2.
