Unending Purge visual effect

This thing used to have a bug (?). The bug occured only when the hero was in retreat. It looked nice. I would love to see it again and not as a bug but as an intended visual effect. The effect has to occur when his health drops below 50%. Come on! Isn't the visual effect awesome?

It should definitely be added...just like the Terminator Librarian Helmet :'(
