Hammer of the Witches

This ability is bugged when the Inquisitor turns, the CD and energy are lost while nothing happens to the target.

This has been discussed in the bugs and issues thread in general discussion. Please use that discussion since this is in no way balance related.
The internal battery has run dry, the game can now be played. However, clock based events will no longer occur.
