New Elite logo graphics

Hello here is some scetches for new logo, just say something if you like it or not.
I'm not a professional designer, just using CS6 Photoshop.
I really like Elite mod and i wish to make it better as i can.
So here is some examples which made by me ex1.2.3 and ex4 - my friend "bambaleyla"

Should we make sketch like "Dow 2 Elite" without - retribution logo ?

The "Elite" part of the title should be fit onto these files: https://www.mediafire.com/folder/a8scy95rvkitv/logos

And the background needs to be an alpha channel (transparency) rather than black saved as a .dds file with [DXT5] compression. That should just be an option when you save. Not certain if it will end up going in yet, but that's how the format of the pictures has to be.

If you want to save it as a .png, that works too. It's easy enough to convert that, and it still allows transparency.
