Getting Into DoW Elite

Hi All

So I have been playing this game on and off and now actually want to play the multiplayer part of it. I was just wondering how the whole system in DoW Elite works of finding people to play against as I see you can't enter the match making system obviously due to it being a mod.

And since I will be a noob is the community overall pretty decent in having someone join their games if they are not too great, but willing to learn. I know there will always be some people who will be nasty but I can deal with that.

Then last question, tips on how to play Orks for DoW Elite where can I go to see this?

Join the ELITE MOD Steam group http://steamcommunity.com/groups/DoW2EliteMod
Once you join the group join the chat to talk to other member and see if they wanna start games

And since I will be a noob is the community overall pretty decent in having someone join their games if they are not too great, but willing to learn. I know there will always be some people who will be nasty but I can deal with that.

To have less problems with this create a public game and have the title 2v2 NOOBS or 1v1 NOOB or 3v3 NOOBS. Then you will have a better chance of noobies joining your game AND you can control the maps or the resources or anything else.
