Faction Insignias for Levelling Up

Mentioned this to Caeltos a while ago on stream and I thought it'd be a cool little thing to implement.

Whenever a unit levels up, an image will pop up over their heads indicating as much but no matter what the faction, it's always the Imperial Aquila. I thought it'd be more appropriate to maybe change the image to an eight-pointed star for Chaos, Ork skull for Orks, etc

Would be nice, just a problem of aesthitically tying them all together.
The internal battery has run dry, the game can now be played. However, clock based events will no longer occur.
