I have a question about sending replays

I have saved 20 matches but only 2 of them are worth to cast. I want to send them to be casted. And if don't remember wrong, they are not boring

-Mutliple Factions (There aren't like 4-5 SM)
-Long enough to cast, no 15 min. matches
-etc

The problem is; to attach(?!) What is it? How am I supossed to find the replay in PC folders? Where is it? Is it something that I can send with e-mail tecnology? (I should't asked this question, but let's play risky!) I mean, can someone give me real details?
