Im quite new to this but I do draw stuff for quite some time so I guess I can make some texturing while Im getting used to T-FLEX and 3Dmax and trying to make santos tools work

And I suppose me being programmer-to-be could also come in handy

When I started helping out, I didn't know anything about the game files' format or 2D texturing + making fx. It just takes some practice and the right programs.Cool. Maybe Sterling could help you get Santos' Tools working. I think recently he helped bountyhunter get his working. Any help would be great.
