Quality tests for OBS streaming

So the tournament is coming up fast and I need to prepare my streaming settings, keeping in mind not everyone watches streams with the same eyes or has the same PCs. I have played around with the quality settings and encoding settings and have trickled them down to just a few presets I would be using during my streams. I would now like to get some feedback from you as to which settings look the best to you. For this purpose I have recorded the performance test video from the Graphics menu.

Just a quick headsup: 60 fps may be desirable but not very feasible with the bandwith limitations around (yes I am bandwidth limited on this one as 3500 kbit/s is the most Twitch will allow for non-partnered streams).
If anybody is interested in how I made the Quick Sync encoder work, just contact me. It has the benefit of taking all the work away from the CPU and giving it to the IGP (integrated graphics processor), at the cost of some quality though. That way OBS will not lag your game even at 1080p@60 fps.

Keep in mind though that not everyone will be able to watch such a stream as they have shitty PCs.

Also:

If anybody experiences any problems with watching high/higher quality streams on twitch.tv you should consider downloading LiveStreamer (http://docs.livestreamer.io/index.html) and the VLC player (http://videolan.org). Flash is known to cause multiple problems when watching such streams. The image in your browser will also differ from that in VLC as the image in VLC appears to be crisper (may be an illusion though). It will reduce your CPU load though.
