Hi
So I have started playing again and got everything working. The last time I had 3 experiences of creating a game and saying it is a noob game. Then having people join to then flame about how bad I or another team mate is. I am just wondering how you guys deal with that. It's really irritating and really dumb. I don't mind people giving me advice during a game, I am all for that but this isn't that.
Thanks in advance.

Make a list and then act accordingly
It doesnt take very long to see patterns in certain people and maintaining a shorthand avoid list is helpful in avoiding matches that will prove to be frustrating or not enjoyable. Especially if you are like me and just go around randomly pubing and never expect even a modicum of teamwork from your teammates.
It is doubtful you will be able to change people and scolding them or otherwise confronting them more than 99% of the time will start a shit storm and end in bitterness.
Not worth it.
Other than that , you could just ignore chat.

Heya, thanks saltychipmunk. Yeah I do rage at them which just leaves me bitter in the end. So yeah think the short list is perfect, will keep that and kick those people from my future games.

Like Salty said, make a mental or written list of the people that are being vitriolic towards you, but please do not think that reflects the greater community.

The Codex Astartes does not support this action? Well, F*ck you, I'm a Black Dragon!!!

Re: Noob Games and Peoples Attitude
Its sad people act that way, it kinda kills the game community piece by piece. Some people have a more aggressive tone, and i guess, if you do "submit" to this aggresiveness, they might be willing to teach you what they know. Its probably not the healthiest way to build "relations", but i do think that has potential to overcome the aggresiveness and change that behaviour toward you atleast. It wont work on everyone ofcourse.

Hey All
Thank you very much for the feedback I appreciate it, so far this time it has been good. Will approach the situation in a different light to that of being bitter towards the person.
