IG HWS got repair?

I played IG tons of hours and only today i have found that IG HWS got the repair ability with the description of guardsman repair ability. I find it's pretty funny and im not against it as HWS really got 3 regular guardsmen in it's squad (soon even 5) but - is it intended or just something like a bug? If intended - why so?

Intended. It's been that way since retail. Used to be that they could repair while still set up as well I think.

It's intended. IG is supposed to have good vehicles and vehicle support. While having access to the very unique T1 vehicle that can decap.
They used to be able to repair while setup, but that got changed in Elite.

Makes sense. It's probably still a good idea to use standard guardsmen squads though seeing as they repair quicker.

Thx. Still, description in codex and game is different. In game they got the same description of the ability as GM

Oh. Not sure why it's like that in the Codex. They have the same repair ability.
