Should I buy DoW : Soulstorm ?

Using this forum for asking this may not be so true but lets try it.

I used to play DoW Soulstorm a lot a few years ago, only against AI of cource. It was a CD alone and there was no multi player in it. Well, it was but not working. Anyway, I head that this game has Ultimate Apocalipse mods and stuff so I would like to ask;

+ Does multi player still works?

+ Does these mods currentşy works like Elite mod?

Well, every Ultimate Noobocalipse mod video is a 2 hours length retarded play against CPU (sometimes coop). Also, my friend, who played this crap said that multiplayer is pretty dead there, but it should works

There is still some multiplayer for soul storm, at least there are lots of people in the lobby. If you follow steam charts numbers for soul storm and retribution are about the same. COH is usually about double. Although soul storm just seems to be a cheese race in multiplayer now.

There has been lots of work on the AI in mods so you can get a good game just against a modded AI or with any of the mods that have the improved AI
