DOW2 Elite Crash

Is there anyway to start DOW2 ELite installed on steam to not crash during start up? A safe mode? Restart, something?

First i'd recommend trying to verify your game cache for Dawn of War 2 Retribution, you can do this by going to your steam library and right clicking on Retribution, then going to properties and under the local tab click the Verify Integrity of Game Cache button.

If that doesn't work, i'd recommend trying to reinstall the latest version of Elite which can be located here.

If neither of those work and your patience is running low, i'd recommend uninstalling Retribution completely and reinstalling it fresh. Then download and install Elite mod and you should be good to go with that.

hi last night I crash twice with bsod, no new installs or changes to hardware I belive fault was in game I never crashed with Dow2 retribution elite till last night.

first crash after match was finish
and second in the lobby

game got fresh install 2 days ago

and cache is clean everyday

I will test 2night again I check console last night and it was flodding with some customization.

any one got similar problem?

bsod is normally something fatal is not normally cause by an application but rather by the OS or hardware problem. What windows version do you have? No problem in another application/games?

last crash bsod i got like 3 months ago i got some issue with hdd

got small lag and i check ~ console and was lots errors customization failed, was flooding the console

some times happens when the game is trying to re-establish a connection to network peers.
