Azerty keyboard and hotkey

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the game and have an issue. My keyboard is an azerty one and the grid hotkey set up is made for qwerty one wich made it impractical. How do i change my hotkeys ?

In an other topic, how do i find new people or/and not so new people want would be happy to help me ? Their is no much people on the lobby (in fact not more than in Soulstorm).

Look in Documents\My Games\Dawn of War II - Retribution\Settings for keydefaults.lua or _keydefaults.lua. You can change the grid key layout, section starts close to the end of the file. Save the changes as "keydefaults.lua".

I'm encountering this issue as well since the mod was folded to allow for a ladder. I tried editing the keydefaults file in the My Documents folder like mentioned above but it does nothing at all.

Please help.

You have to remove the "_" from _keydefaults.lua. Save it as just keydefaults.lua.

Yes thank you Toilalee. I messed around a bit and it turns out you have to name the file only keydefaults (no "_" no ".lua") if the file is already registered as a LUA file.
