I know its your own fault for not teching T2 fast enough or getting juked when you did a heavy t1 and didn't capitalise on it by getting a fast enough gen bash, but let's be honest sometimes its just ridiculous how you loose your squad to a vehicle when you are on your way to T2.
My point is, could you add a third turret behind the base once you hit T2? And it would be an AV turret, SM missile launchers, Eldar, brightlance turret, Chaos I think its lascannon one? (not sure about nids)
It would appear only once T2 hits, it would be enough to slowly scare the vehicle away but not enough for it to completely stop a vehicle from coming into base and finish of a weak squad.Yet if you manage to get a snare unit you could even kill it with the aid of the turret if the enemy is too ballsy.
Its just an ideea and I think it wouldn't be game breaking to the advantage of teching, it would just make players be more careful or mindful when venturing into the enemy base with a vehicle.
I know there has been added a damage resistance when in the base, but lets be honest that didn't change much
So what do ya'all think?
