Does anyone know who made the custom badges for the elite mod?

I was wondering who made them and what brushes they used to get the battle worn effect on the badges.

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before, just didn't see anything.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I think they are all taken from the internet. Someone just cutted the logo itself and putted insade of the mod IMO.

If you mean all of the non-Relic 40k badges in Elite by default, most of those were done by Hangar-8. Not sure what they used to make them. You might be able to find something if you look them up.
