Detailed Tooltips for Elite Mod?

Hello, I've recently started playing DoW again and it seems that Elite Mod is the thing to do. I was wondering if there was a "detailed tool tips" mod like there was back in the regular game?

I try to update tooltips with stats whenever we change something, but I don't have time to separately go through every ability and upgrade in the game just to rewrite the tooltips. So they will be gradually in, basically... slowly...

If you understand the mechanics accurately and know how to look up stats and track stuff from one file to another to see what abilities and upgrades do, you could write tool-tips to be included in upcoming builds.

Would this just be updating current content on the wiki?

I would imagine i would submit the item to someone before actually updating the wiki.
