Looking for 1v1 matches with tier 2-3 players

I'm in the discord channel but no one ever wants to play anymore (no one ever replies) so I thought to try here instead.

I only really know Space Marines and Eldar and believe tanky melee heroes to be the very best (so I'm open to disallowing them to have more interesting games).
If I'm worse than you than I probably have to play my best races and heroes. If I'm better than I can play races and heroes I'm weaker with.

My timezone is GMT +1 here in Sweden.
