Installation Errors

I am trying to update to 2.6.1 and there are messages popping up saying there was an error installing certain files (there's like 8-10 of them). This hasnt ever happened before. Am I doing something wrong? What can I do to fix it? :(

I upgraded to 2.6.1 fine from 2.6. I suggest doing a fresh install of 2.6.1, rather than trying to update from 2.6.
