I like! and your point about a fast moving suppression monster is very good.

Now would you leave this potential future flamer only purgation squad w/o an upgrade? Maybe allow for a justicar in tier 2 that would act as some form of limited melee counter w/o adding any more ranged dps (beyond maybe an 8 dps storm bolter)

I would say they can retain their psycannons upgrade for further av if needed.
