How about a little ranking system? Could use some feedback!

I've been poking around with the new detailed list and how's it gonna function and... I think I will exclude games that lack replay files. It kind of annoys my OCD and with my limited free time I cba to code exceptions (even if it's technically simple) for entries that lack data (and lack it because ppl were too lazy to upload despite tournament rules saying you must...)

So basically if you want to appear on the list - replays or didn't happen.

I added a function that finds the favorite (most used) hero, it should return the most recent one if two or more are tied. There is also a 95% confidence interval for the skill rating (rating +- twice the RD) displayed now. This shows how unreliable the ratings are until players can push down their RD with sufficient games.

I added a thingy that calculates average match, win and loss duration from the match history, as seen here for example.

That's really really awesome Lulgrim, if you could pull such a system together that would be Amazing, but don't overload yourself here, would be better of course to have one simple but constantly updated system than one half-finished one, that's slightly more complicated.

I might rearrange them later (I guess detailed map stats will go on the same page too) or possibly just skip printing heroes that were never played.

Idd, but as of yet it's not fully updated, granted you only just changed it recently, yet I know things like the wiki have been unfinished for a while, if you invest too much time into thinking about this a burnout may be likely to occur.

If I burn out it's not going to be because of Elite... On the contrary, it's entertaining to fiddle with stuff like that. Especially the match log / stats system, as I just took up PHP & database scripting to start this website (I get kicks for solving simple problems).

That said, logging matches is a bit boring and filling up the unit stats thingy is sloooow so I look for other stuff to do instead :p

Well the new rating list is at the point where we got with the first version (Rumble 3) now. Calculating the ratings after each match seems to have left high-rated players a bit higher and the RDs seem to narrow down a little slower.

I finished the video link feature, all the casted Rumble 2 & 3 matches I know of are now on the list.
