That's the one I have, it just says "idle" at all times in the bottom left. I have the rec file for the replay in question that never recorded...if that helps at all

Close the program and make sure it's not running in the task manager and get version 0.3. You are running 0.2 right now according to the logs.

How severe is the ladder decay and hiding? It seems for such a small playerbase the way people are hidden on the ladder makes any form of competitiveness become unreasonable, the way people are hidden is way too fast.

An example: I am about rank 60 on the ladder if I haven't disappeared in the last week, and when I entered the ladder strecthed to four pages and approximately 200 players. Now the ladder is about two pages and 90 players or so. This means my rank sixty from over a week ago went from being in the top 33% to 66%.

It makes the ladder appear unpopulated and the competitive end of high level players much narrower, as you could still be considered good in the top 40 before, now you're halfway up the leaderboard. Can we get rank hiding to be removed?

There's either a bug in the RD update script or we got some corrupt data earlier this month when the site went down because players RD suddenly rose significantly. For instance Tex went from 44 to 272 RD in about 25 days without activity, but according to the formula that should require 288 days.

I've run lulgrim's calculation script from the beginning and players on the ladder are now back to ~200. I'm afraid you went from rank 60 to 90 thou

I'd rather be rank 90 with a fully populated list than 60 out of 90. Thanks, Myrdal.

Is there a way to re-implement the search function for replays again? Sometimes I am only interested in replays where the Plague Champion was used or that were played on a specific map. Is that possible?

Yes it’s totally an intended feature, it’s just I pretty much work around the clock, so website development is a bit sporadic.

Hoi guys I need help with ESL since last MRT 23 my games won't count in the system for both players me and my oponent.

Oke fixed. Big thanks to Atlas for help, seems the problem was in old version of reporter I used.

Is there a way to automatically link the ESL replay stats to videos? I know a certain amount of Youtube channels are already being screened for new videos and the descriptions are being parsed. Now in my oppinion it would be fairly easy to additionally search for e.g. "ESL ID: xxxxxxx" and link the video to the replay. Is it though?

Looks like no, and hakon would be the one to ask about updating the scanner. I suggest, though, that you would first go through all your videos and enter mod version, players, heroes, maps, and ESL IDs (where applicable) in the description in a standard format such as BbBoS or Indrid channels, and he’ll be much more happy about it.

Since this is the Elite Reporter I think that Retail games should not be counted on the Ladder. Right now they are.

It shouldn't report unless it sees elite mod running. I found ~70 retail games on the ladder though, so perhaps some issue when switching between the 2. Removed them now and rankings updated.

Basically all of initialminks most recent games are retail games.
