Not sure whether this was mentioned yet but sometimes you cant see your opponents brightlance shots coming out of the FoW.

I've seen it happen with beamy deffguns and fireprisms, too. I think anything with an instantaneous beam kind of attack can do it.

If you use fleshhook and the animation starts, but the unit dies before the fleshhook goes through its animation (like some termas finish it off first), you can no longer use the attack hotkey or right click units to attack stuff with the lictor. Oddly enough you can still cap and use abilities, and I'm pretty sure he will still attack if something is within his auto attack radius though. If you do another fleshhook and it completes successfully, then everything goes back to normal. I've had this happen several times now, so it wasn't a one-off glitch.

Just had a game on Argus Desert Gate where after having 3 squads garrisoned in the building overlooking the central VP, a scout squad was stuck trying to exit the building and was unable to.

Used blood sacrifice on one of floids gaunts and the animation worked but no bloodletters were spawned so that wasn't a very good sacrifice to Khorne:(

What probably happened is that the model got killed before the animation finished, resulting into no bloodletters.
I thought this was something pretty well known :p

Out of curiosity, can Blood Sacrificed be used on retreating allied units or knockbacked models?

I have no reason to believe it can't. I definitely know it can be used on retreating units and on allied ones.
Not sure about knocked back models. I think it will still work on them too.

I have definitely used it on retreating heretics before, if that is any consolation.

im 90%percent sure nothing was firing at that unit but u sound very sure so maybe thats a valid reason

It could be a bug, but it would be the very first time I even hear about it just bugging out.

Was unable to il probs do something similar next time im on and see if the animation works on allied units just before an engagement (making sure that unit isn't being fired at and check to see what happens).

hi all... not sure if this is a bug or it is made on purpose but the modder should change the sternguard veteran upgrade hotkey... as for now T is the same hot key of " and they shall know no fear" ability... took me a while to understand why every time i engaged my marine in melee and activated the ability one squad got " upgraded" ..... and believe me you dont want to upgrade in middle of a melee charge by some angry nids... nor u want to upgrade a 4 leve missile lanuche tac squad....

Yep, it's already been fixed for the next patch, along with a lot of other hotkeys.

I don't see why not, just make sure they don't drain out of energy before the animation finishes :p
You can for example use blood sacrifice on BL spawned from shrines.

I don't really know if this is a bug or just some weird oversight, but the Techmarine's hotkeys for abilities are kind of wonky. From what I can tell, every ability for other heroes are locked based on the slot they fill. Abilities from weapons go to the E key, from armors the R key and so on.

For some reason, the E key is reserved entirely for the Proximity Mines, which is from the Artificer Armor. In this case, An upgrade like Orbs of the Omnissiah is banished all the way to the Y key when it normally is the T key. Am I missing something here?
