My apologies if this has already been addressed (unfortunately, don't have time atm to read the entire 28 page thread), but I have noticed what may be a potential bug when the Farseer is using psychic storm.
Occasionally, the Farseer will get knocked back while carrying out the storm - at this point the storm animation (levitation, etc.) will restart, while no actual damage is done (someone else can articulate this occurrence in a more verbose manner, but I'm tired and in a rush) while the Farseer is completely static, leaving the Farseer open to attack (often resulting in a wipe).
Maybe someone can clarify whether this is a bug?
Awesome job with Elite, btw - I don't think what a great job all those involved with the project have done can be overstated.

I've experienced this bug multiple times, it may occur when the Farseer is interrupted by knockdown at the beginning of the cast. In any case it usually results in a dead Farseer so its quite annoying.

Don't know if this has already been mentioned but I noticed the Inquisitorial Storm Troopers aren't using their voice commands when selected or given orders etc.
Thought this might need a fix.

It happens with any hero using any ability that is triggered before its animation has been entirely played. For instance: WL's Immolate. It is a bug that can result in infinite immolation if abused =)

While I appreciate the work you guys have done in Elite, I gotta say the pathing was better in retail. Retreating is especially worse, lost many a squad because the last model or two just stood there taking 30% more melee damage instead of gtfoing =\

I can't comment on the comparison to retail but the problem you described does happen fairly often and it is pretty bad. Losing a banshee squad on retreat because they decided to stop and tie their shoes next to enemy sluggas is extremely irritating.

I noticed this as well with other squads.

Actually, the retreat (+pathing) should be considerably improved. This was one of the very first thing me and Kolaris adressed.
If you're having issues in it's existing state, you wouldn't be happy over how it fares in retail.

Hive Nodes can be reapired too.
Not sure what causes this because "can_repair" is set to FALSE for these structures. What about other Nid structures (generators etc.)?

Doom is still bugged, paroxysm does not affect GUO or avatar, i have t check if carnifex could be affected.

I think 2.4 broke something with the Winter Version of Argus Desert gate.
We just tried 3 times playing the map, and it wont load. Just blackness after the loadingscreen.

Working fine here.
Lobbies often have syncing issues that prevent maps from loading. I get it quite a lot in the games I host.

Dark Reaper weirdness uncovered in tests; they didn't seem to be affected by the DoT from Sternguard Hellfire rounds. Are they not Infantry? Video should be up soon.

Did anyone honestly know? I've never heard anyone say it and I always called them Infantry in casts and nobody ever corrected me (and people love to correct me).

I know it shouldnt matter but,
are they "heavy Inf" in the TT-Game? Like the Striking Scorpions? Then it would make sense I guess. From a background perspective atleast.

Does anyone know if the Heretic's Champion counts as heavy Infantry?
I allways wondered if it would help to pop KrakenBolts against Champion Heretics.

Can somebody please finish the codex/wiki, or at least post a scrawl of poorly organised text on the forums somewhere indicating the exact dps of things like reapers, spotters, since then somebody else could get around to finishing the codex/wiki.

wiki here, but if you pay me enough to skip work I'll finish the stats DB thingy no problemo. Otherwise, I'll just try to put stuff there when I can.
