Dawn of War Codex

Interested to see that Armour converted to a 40k Look with esoteric symbolism and of course - guns. Its sort of Imperial/Sororitas blending a balanced look to armour in terms of masculine/feminine structures.

Generally speaking the feminine is somewhat missing from games these days, and art like that of Luis Royo would certainly be beneficial. Its relevant in terms of balance in the same way as gender stereotypes have influenced heroine characters in media and film.

It would also be great to wear that kind of Armour in a Ryse type 40k game against hordes of cultists with PS4 Resident Evil graphics.

That IS the emblem of the white tree. The guy is one of the spire guard of Minas tirith.

It looks like it, but Kilgarn's caption/title/description was 'Breton Knight Errant'. Don't think there is anything 'Breton' in LoTR. The only place I can think of in phantasy of the top of my head is Warhammer and skyrim.

Guys, to counter any confusions:

This IS a Breton Knight Errant. It just happens that the guy, who commissioned it from me wanted to use the gondorian white tree as its symbol. I did modified it (added a few branches and whatnot) but yes, basically its still resembles the White Tree. I do intend to change the sigyl to something different, since that would look stupid if it were near identical xD

Originally, he had an armor identical to the rank n' file Gondorian army, but managed to convince him to do something different. Thats what you can see here

I have a couple questions though:
With this did the client give you freedom with the Knights face or is it for example based off a picture of himself?

Thinking the above leads me to the next question, is that something you could do and what sort of cost? Just thought of my rugged good looks wearing a commie uniform and in a suitable pose could be quite a fun bit of art

P.S. yes your art is very nice man i only don't post how much i like it cuz others always seem to have filled my sentement already. Very impressed with all your work

My girlfriend loves watching that odd gay guy do them paintning on tv really fast, and i actualy really engoy watching it to if i happen to walk in when it's on. Art is impresive.

Well, for this pic, the guy didnt specify the exact look, so it was not based off of his IRL facial features
He did gave me some pics as a base reference, so I had a basic idea how it should look like. He also gave me a quite solid description to work with. Aside of that, I had a free reign Originally he wanted a more... simple armor, a look-alike of the gondorian armors you can see in the game
I managed to tank him down of it , since it was a carbon copy that way x)

But yea I could do such a drawing (did some of that already) with somebody giving me a pic of himself and me drawing it in some fantasy/sci-fi setting

I think Lulgrim ment it as a prise as an idea to draw the winner as a commissar or something

As for the price range:
I'm working between 100-200$ (not sure how much is that in Euro... ^^;)
For a portrait bust, I think 100$ would be ok =)
