Well since I have been putting it in, it stands for Chaos Lord. The players can look at the player list and tell me if they mean't Lord Commissar, but I put CL down as Chaos Lord. I think the plans are to change his name to Lord Commissar.

Most people refer to the commy as the LC as it is. Seriously it needs changing, there is no such thing as a commissar lord AND it causes confusion on top of that.

In my mind CL always stood for chaos lord and LC for commissar lord (or lord commissar) but i agree this could be changed to settle both matters once and for all.

You are the last one otown.

Full player list can be found here. All sixteen (16) places have been taken however there can also be a waiting list created so that if anyone is not available on the day, then they can sign up and be ready to play in the absent one's place.

Isn't it possible to make it a 2v2 tournament if there are enough to do so? It would take 32 people and i know of many who said they would play if it was 2v2 instead. I guess they were nervous going at it alone with people watching. I am not telling you to do a 2v2 instead, that can be done later, but if enough people applied would you?

Well you see, having people interested is a very different thing from having people to play. I know a lot of people who were interested in playing in this tournament, but not so many are actually playing, even when a date and time were specified. I would be interested in 2v2, but getting 32 players is quite hard, and whilst you say a lot were interested, yes, they were, but would they actually play? I am not sure how many would be that committed.

That is true. I didn't think to even ask if they would be fully committed to playing for the whole tournament. Well thanks for the quick reply. I look forward to this and any 2v2 that we might have for noobs :)

Beginners Touranment 4 is on tomorrow at 7pm GMT.

A notice to all participants and refs: be in the mrt group chat 30 minutes before the tournament begins so we can get the games organised. If someone doesn't turn up who you are mean't to face then you get an automatic win if they do not appear within 10-20 minutes depending on how pressed for time we are.

Red Beard and I shall assign streamers and refs their place before the games begin. Streams can be found at:
Crazyman64335: http://www.twitch.tv/crazyman64335
Uncle Milty: http://www.twitch.tv/uncle_milty
Raging Jenni (joined by a cocaster): http://www.twitch.tv/ragingjenni

Good luck to participants and enjoy viewers.

A bit of a late announcement, but for anyone passing through PunishTheNoob won the tournament by fighting to the last against hateful xenos, malicous heretics and zealous supposedly battle brothers. Dark heretic took second place, his heresies, although dark, were not enough to unnerve Punish. Well done to RyanM7074 for taking the fight to Atlas and claiming the relic that is third place.

Well done to all participants and I look forward to unearthing the Beginners Tournament #5 STC, though my Techpriests may take a few months of squabbling to do that.
