you basicly speaking against your self in your posts.

the reason that smaller leagues in sports exist is how they discover and develop new good players and the sport itself.(and of course money but the main reason is not the money)
so any kind of smaller organization helps dow 2 to improve player base in any way

i am not rly interested in noobs tourny , but i would like to join for just playing 1v1.
i mean the essentials is that you meet ppl and you can learn and play 1v1(and chatting,discuss),is very good idea since it is hard to find match as beginner.
i bought the game in 2011 and played lik 6 months then i had 2 years break, so i am noob, forgot everything basicly.i started playing elite mod in october i guess.
