the -18,562 is from the whole 226.41=207,848 power melee still very high, not normal melee and this was only an example. maybe -9 -14 Dps?
but this need to be test in real game not in numbers.

and if u face against those commanders buy blue sheez then if u afraid:)
and right now they are effective AV, they are even stronger vs vehicles then in Retail.
they have the good AV dps and the chase potential+support and i can maybe say even less vulnerable/aggro trigger cos u can field firedragons etc. so enemy has make choices.A gold fish:)
+about worry nerf in damage she will be useless/very weak vs inf is not right cos u still have other Eldar CC/Dps and warshout vs infantry.
or executoner nerf?
