Still far away from having nailed down the Blood Axe texture.
Its also a bit tricky, because the textures get streched
alot on the model and the layout is a bit weird, and that makes it hard to tell how its going to turn out.
Think I'll try a three-colour pattern next I think, so far the pants just dont turn out to my liking.

Sweet, still looks pretty good for camo, though as you say could be tweaked a bit. Third colour might be a good move.

How's it all going?
Now the heresy models are done I'm going to work on some Blood Axe boys, lootas and warboss and others. Got some ideas floating around so will try to get those done and uploaded reasonably soon.
Something else to maybe consider with regard to retextures.
I'm going to work on new models for Khorne Marines and Rubric Marines - would you be able to tweak the textures so they are primarily red/blue&gold but contain an element of the team color... always annoyed me having green berserkers running around etc.
Examples...

Cheers

Should be easy enough,
I actually started working on new tem.maps for tzeentch marines, since the one we got right now are a bit--- strange. They apply the team colours in quite a different pattern then on all the other CSMs.
But I guess I wait for your new models first then.
Blood Axe boys, lootas and warboss and others.
Oh those are gold^^
Wheres the cap on the slugga-boy from?
Did you squish the Lord General's?

Uff, I didnt really get to do much; un-expected family-visits and university projects, kept me busy.
Sadly, I'm not sure if I get anything done this week.
The only thing I got finished lately are awesomely pointless edits that remove Nobz' scars.^^
And another version that adds gold teeth; i think originally I did them for Flash-Gitz, befor we had the new proper model.

Sweet - I'll upload the Rhubric & Berserker models in the next couple of days.
Yeah the cap on the Slugga is a reshaped version of the generals hat.
That camo looks sweet - did you ever work on one with a third colour? Either way it'll do just fine for the Bloodaxes - ncie job.
Final two for the day - a productive afternoon I think...

Dat flying greenskin

AFAIK, there are models for the Khorne Berserkers and the Rubric Marines. Not sure in which more are, but there is a Khorne Lord with common/rare/epic armour and Rubric Marines with their own crest helmets.
Not sure if there are in the Destroyer 40k, the Codex Edition or any other dead mod.

They were by Shuma I believe, I've had a version of them sitting around for ages and working in elite by copy pasting them into the file structure but have never given them a proper release. With this retexture then they should look much better and finally get one...

Here's the link to the models and textures Orkfaeller
http://www.mediafire.com/download/oilh47vrvfhr27k/markedcsmretexture.rarThere's some instructions as to what colours the various parts need to be in so that they make sense when I put all the various models together. However feel free to experiment and come up with some alternate versions too should you wish to.
Cheers

Since I'd rather not do that over and over again, I threw together a small shop of how I guess it would look like?
Is this how'd you imagine it?

They're great models but unfortunately animate very badly, lots of problems with clipping, warping etc.

Maybe it's just the angle, but the ork in the first pic looks like he has a feather sticking out of his head.

The mohawk nob though holy shit

These Ork models are just so badass, it'd be downright stupid not to have them as "DLC"

These are all ready now so Orkfaeller when you manage to finish off the Bloodaxe camo then we are good to go - are you just doing one for Nobs or boyz and Warboss too btw?

Whow, you're really productive^^
Just trying to find the time to get my "skins" done.
Plans were to make ones for Boyz, Nobz and the Boss.
Thiugh, wondering, would the Boss wear camo pants?
Edit: also Ive been thinking about removing the stitches and tacker clamps from his shirt, to make it look less savage and more like a tank top.
Yay or Nay?

Had a bit of holiday so had plenty of time to get stuff done. Pretty burned out on it now so going to have a break for a few days.
Yeah I reckon so, can't really find many good examples of Bloodaxe Warbosses so for the sake of uniformity I'd say go for it.

Try to make em a streched coat. That would make em even more badass. Or at least have some type of armor plating with looted fabrics.
