Where does the GK army level magically appear from? Where is it recorded? We can't actually program the game and we can't save new stats to Steam Cloud...

Ah I see, thanks for the info hakon, yeah I suspected as much. There is the save game function... I wonder if that could be repurposed for use in replays. Cheers for the kind words though!

Yeah, not exactly sure yet where the data is saved. It's a bit odd. The GFx file refers to a txt file for it, but I can't find it anywhere. The game also returns a warning when selecting the new race, along the lines of this:
StatLogging::GetPVPRaceStats - failed to get stat[PvP_Exp_daemonhunters], userID[1234567890blahblah]
However this doesn't impact anything.
Anyhow, I have nearly completed the selection screen now, I have one last major thing to sort out before I release it though.
It's got to do with the RaceDropDownBox adding +1 to the selection index when it is >= 6. If anyone has seen a reference to that in the files anywhere, please let me know. Its proved damn elusive so far.

It's saved on Steam, you can view the data with SAM. There should be local records as well, but I don't know where it's kept, I assume either under the My Games directory or Steam cache stuff...

I have a tiny little request for you, before release. Could you use this
as race insignia? It looks like specially designed for DOW2.
Also to get closer to codex, can you reneame "Deamonhunters" to "Grey Knights" and "Strike Force" to "Brotherhood" ? New codex says that GK are organised in Brotherhoods same as chapters for SM.

Wtf no, that's the crappy logo I made from some b/w image without any artistic ability, just to have something for GK.

Why ? It looks very well IMO. It fits perfect to other races logos style. For sure it`s better than this:

We're all very excited about adding new races to the drop down menu, but I have another question:
Can you also add unit slots to the HQ? Would it be easy enough to make each Tier on the build menu have, say, ten slots?
Is that something we can do now, or does it require time to crack another part of the interface?

Hi guys, yes I'm still alive! Just a quick post from me today.
I've been in lockdown for a while, due to having had ALOT of RL work and commitments to attend to over the past 6 weeks. Still in the middle of a important piece of work for uni, so sadly won't be free for a little bit longer yet.
However, as soon as I have a bit of time to myself I will be back to the modding, so fear not, all of the new U.I goodness is still coming! Also, I have a few other things I've been thinking of implementing, which I think you'll all be quite excited to see. I'll also get back to all the questions and requests I've got from people as soon as I get back to the modding!
