Can you stop with the emotive language please "lying about bleed". The SM has a significant window of opportunity to deal with anything that could cause bleed - rangers or banshees rangers won't kill a model instantly off of tacs/asm and they're leading in this build. If the rangers are elsewhere then that's great because it means your tacs are relatively unhindered and shees can't go near asm with 2x tac+hero support, even with a MWB WL nearby. the shuriken is very easily out-maneuvered, flanking and dealt with with simple ranged fire, nades and then the ASM when they get out. If guardians, eldar heroes (bar the WSE with filament) or shurikens bleed tac/asm models then it's your fault, not the eldar's, it really shouldn't happen.

Of course, I was responding to the comment about wraithguard. If he has wraithguard or reapers then a melee weapon on your apo/TM is very viable, of course it's not wise otherwise, but in that scenario, the one I was specifically referencing, it works.
That Torpid Gamer wrote:The thing is you're likely going to get to t2 first, you spend very little power compared to what the eldar must, yet you bleed the eldar far more and end up with equal or even superior map control.
Dark Riku wrote:You're not likely to be first T2 at all. Do you even realize when you have gens up with that build? While the Eldar can have 2 gens up immediately?
Yes, yes I do, and I also realise that the eldar can't commit to fights else they bleed disproportionately and that this build means that if they don't commit to fights they lose their farm and potential map control.
You know I'm not trying to say that this build is flawless, it certainly isn't, but similarly, it certainly is viable. It works better on the smaller maps as it is easier to pressure their gen farm, bleed them and tacs spend less time healing in base. Nonetheless you still go 2x scouts vs IG don't you Riku? You know people just have different playstyles, there isn't only one way to play this game, there is no objective best build, because different people and their playstyles end up accommodating different builds better than others. All the more reasons to understand why people can and will disagree with you, at least when the balance is not completely blatant, like for example sentinels compared to guardsmen.
