1. At the moment (version 2.3) Chaos Raptors are using IG Stormtroopers/Karskins Meltaguns for their Meltaguns upgrade. So if you use this mod, it would change the IG Meltagun models. Itsn't very fluffy to see Chaotic weapons on regular troops . I hope in future patches (ehem ehem 2.3.1 ehem ehem) it would implement this mod and make Chaos Raptors use this model instead of IG one.
2. This MUST be done by ELITE bosses to change Meltagun effect from the SM one to Chaos one for fluffyness reasons on Cope's DoW2 Toolbox. The ATRIB\Simulation\attrib\weapons\weapon\pvp\race_chaos\csm_meltagun_raptor.rbf\fx should be changed with csm_melta_pistol.rbf\fx values.
Implement plox.

Even in my own personal mods (Lost Sons of Nikhel warband skins) I never considered them "finished".
But yes, I could considered it finished. Some additional details could be added in the next patches (Drugs ability effects, weapons abilities...) when the Eversor is implemented.
Chaos Lord Blood Maul FX fix This bug is old as fuck. In essence, the "glow" effect on the head of the Blood Maul is bugged. When you buy the Blood Maul upgrade, the effect appears but it remains static on the location where the Blood Maul upgrade is finished for the entire game.
Tzeentch Daemon Sword fix Some guy do a Tzeentchy Daemon Sword for the Thousands Sons, which is awesome. But used the buggy retail model, not the fixed one, which isn't as awesome.
