Just a very quick question. Are obs in a game counted as players?

For example: Its a 3v3 and there are two obs. Are they seen as player 7 and 8?

Since in my attempt for a new game mode this is important to make sure the 2 Computer players (neither are on team one or team 2 nor are they on each others side) I want to add wont break the game if there are obs present. Thanks.

If yes then I need to learn how the Scar language works....

From what I know slot 7 is treated as to be in team 1 and slot 8 in team 2.
That's how the 4v4 maps worked at least.

Well the game mod i have in mind wont be able to support 4v4 (to be honest idk how 3v3 will do) since there is a limit to how large a dow2 map can get. And a 4v4 in the game mod I have in mind would be WAY to big, map size and all.
