Add t3 Venerable Dred upgrade

Its one of the most beloved units in the game so why not add them to all SM?
The dark age upgrade does not add a charge - thats what a melee dread needs to live. So either add a charge to the melee dreads dark age or just add ven dread upgrade.
Make it expensive - who cares its going to be a niche upgrade but will make many players very happy
