that IG plasma blade cooldown on that big bad shoot Plasma Overcharge is too low. it spams it - i tried to kill that stuff with 2 lascannons and plasma devs - and this shit just outshoots it with it's AOE ability

superunits in this game aren't meant to be balanced, if they're coming out often in your game you should reevaluate your gameplay and focus on being more active instead of IDLE
also the counter to it are lascannon preds or overwhelming melee, not a devastator squad lmao

Please also keep in mind that it's 200/20 more than most super units

tm"s bolter shot kd 45 sec and its "ok". apo stun bolter stuns you to 3 sec 1 sec delay and stun you again to 3 sec totaly 7 sec of stun and its "ok" too. So stormblade who strugguling to just one tank and being most expensive super in game are ok that he at least killing infantry.

HPS is the worst spell in the game - very unreliable, never works, also TM reload time is a joke

No it's not. TM just has a slow turnrate while aiming for HPS so you need to position him correctly before casting, that's all there is to it.
