ESL Reporter not recording games

Anyone else have this issue? I usually turn it on when i play but the past few days i feel like it has skipped a bunch of games. They all say "OK" in the reporter, and there aren't any error messages, but they don't show up on the website

Had that issue a few times, somehow a restart of my computer always fixes it

The people you are facing have probably selected unranked as their default option.
Something I dislike is even possible.

wait, so the point of a recorder if they don't record games is..?
