*bomz effecting vehicles?

(From a watcher, not a player, so... Also not calling OP, just discussing)

I was under the impression that Stikkbommaz (and the K.N.'s bomz) were an primary anti-infantry unit/weapons. When well managed I have seen them be devastating on many occasions, but their effects on vehicles seems questionable, at least in comparison to the thrown anti-infantry explosives of other races.

I can accept that stikkbomz can do varying levels of damage to a variety of vehicles of different armour classes (within reason), but having STUNbomz stun a vehicle seems a bit too much - especially when there exist other direct AV units for the Orks, including those that snare in the form of Lootas.

(Also, the 'snare' effect on vehicles is not mentioned anywhere that I can find in the Codex...)

Lootas don't snare with their Beamy Deffguns. Stikks are the only way for all of the Ork comms to snare a vehicle, only the Mekboy's mines can do it also (I think?). It also means you're not throwing them at a blob of infantry and they cost red to throw.

Megarumblah will stun enemy vehicles.

The codex says "Each Stikkbomma throws a grenade that stuns infantry for 7 seconds and vehicles or monstrous creatures for 3 seconds in radius 7. Maximum range 60, minimum range 20, cooldown 30 seconds." It's hard to take advantage of a 3-4 second stun, especially given how difficult it is to hit with.

It most definitely does not stack either with the number of stikkbombs hit. I've never stunned anything longer than what appears to be 3seconds with stikkbombs... And yes, the only snares orks get are the stikkbomma ones and the ones on the mekboy mines. The duration of those stuns is hilariously different though.
