Full Random cup №2 1v1 Tournament

Same rules, x2 players, x2 prize
Last tourney seemed to be fun. This time it's gonna be 16 players max! If you want to play or cast the tourney you can register by leaving your message here below or by texting Louder! in Elite Mod Discord. If you didn’t make it to the bracket, don’t worry. You can still have a chance to play in case someone who already registered will refuse to participate.
Prize: 60$ (4k rubles). Double the size, double the prize. Winner takes it all!

Check in is simple. Just write "+" in the Elite mod discord under the "tournaments" section as soon as you're ready to play the tourney. If you won't check in till 17:00 GMT we'll have to replace you with a reserve.

Rules:
I. Basics:
1) Single elimination BO3.
2) The final is BO5
3) Louder! is gonna be a judge.
4) If your opponent is more than 10 mins late, you can claim a victory in your game. To get a win you have to inform a judge as soon as you declare your victory. For example: you hosted, your opponent is 10 mins late, you claim a victory. Now it’s a 1-0 in your favor. If your opponent is 10 mins late after that, you can claim a victory again. In this case you’re gonna win your match as far as it’s BO3.
5) Every player has to save the replays or/and use ESL Reporter.
6) After the match is over the players must inform the judge about the final score.
II. Controversies:
1) Sound bug/disconnection from a game that lasts more than 3 minutes is an automatic defeat.
2) The final decision on any controversial issue is made by a judge.
