Is it possible to change Team Chat colour?

Somehow, the colour for Team Chat is bothering me more than it should. Is it possible to somehow change the colour of Team Chat or at least increase the font size or something cause on winter maps I literally have difficulty seeing it due to my poor vision.
I have no problem with All Chat due to yellow being an extremely contrasting colour with the background but for the colour 'white', it seems to blend in with some maps. Can we change it to green or something etc? Or is hard-coded and unchangeable?
