On a similar note, Army Levels may be affected but it looks like the Unlocked Aesthetics of your army like Scout Capes or Lord General Cap all seem to still be visible on your Army.
Tested this out on Private in Elite.

For now it looks like if you play a few games the levels will go back to normal, atleast for me,max and adila it worked.

Call me strange but I actually wish my Ork army level had reset (again).
There's just something I enjoy and find really novel about all my boyz not having all the helms and armour gubbinz.
